1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TradeStash ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
TradeStash is a job management application designed for tradespeople to manage clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, and other business operations.
3. Subscriptions
TradeStash offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:
- Solo Monthly: £24.99 per month
- Solo Yearly: £249.99 per year
- Growth Monthly: £39.99 per month
- Growth Yearly: £399.99 per year
4. Subscription Terms
- Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
5. Cancellation
iOS: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Android: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information
- You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose
- You are responsible for all data you input into the App
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of TradeStash are owned by TradeStash and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
TradeStash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
