How do I add team members?
Navigate to the Team tab and tap the + button to invite team members via email. They'll receive an invitation to join your workspace. Team collaboration is included on the Growth plan.
How do I create quotes and invoices?
Go to the Documents tab and select either Quotes or Invoices. Tap the + button to create a new document with line items and client information. Both export as professional PDFs you can send straight to the customer.
Can I track materials and tasks per job?
Yes. Open any job and use the Materials and Tasks tabs to add items, track quantities, and check off completed tasks. Photos can be added to the job diary alongside everything else.
How does the subscription work?
TradeStash offers Solo and Growth plans with monthly or yearly billing. Manage your subscription through your device's App Store: iOS (Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions) or Android (Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions).
Is my data secure?
Yes. TradeStash uses enterprise-grade encryption (TLS in transit, AES at rest) and row-level security so users only access their own data. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly from the app via Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers within 30 days. If you need help, email hello@tradestash.co.uk and we'll process it within 24 hours.
What's the free trial?
14 days, full access to the Growth plan, no card needed. After the trial you can pick Solo or Growth or just stop using it, nothing gets charged unless you choose to subscribe.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for subscriptions are handled by the App Store or Google Play directly, not by TradeStash. For iOS, go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → TradeStash → Report a Problem. For Android, use the Play Store's refund flow. If you've got a specific issue, email hello@tradestash.co.uk first and we'll do what we can.
